The king of Babel, who is powerful and hardworking. He is elected democratically to represent the city of Babel. He’s 35 years old, agile, clever and available. He introduces the traditional family doctrine, proudly and forcefully. When his people begin to suffer nature’s catastrophes, he gives them a hand until these are solved.

He sends out spies to the surrounding area to see if there are traces of other civilizations. When the spies return and inform him of Salem and its sanctuary, he believes that he holds the truth and he proposes to impose it all over the world. He orders the spies to kill Zedek II, who "is deceiving with his false pacifism". At the same time the spies burn down the Sanctuary, provoking the full all-out war between Babel and Salem.
